101 Pension Solutions

The number 101 represents a time of new beginnings, growth, progress and change.  With this in mind, I decided to take the traditional TPA model to a higher level and introduce 101 Pension Solutions to the Central Coast.

 

I am a dedicated pension professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry on the Central Coast.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Statistical Science (emphasis: Actuarial Statistics) from U.C. Santa Barbara and am a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).  I strongly believe in professional growth and development, and regularly attend pension conferences, trainings and webinars to keep abreast of ongoing changes in the law and in our industry.

 

When you work with 101 Pension Solutions the work is done right here on the Central Coast.  I do not believe in the offshore outsourcing of any TPA work.  I have lived on the Central Coast for more than 30 years and am proud to call this my home.

  • Plan design and implementation – custom tailored plan design to meet the needs of the owners, the employees and the business itself.  Together we will implement the plan with your dynamic team of service providers (CPA, financial advisor, recordkeeper, bookkeeper, payroll provider, etc.) to achieve operational efficiency.

 

  • Compliance – perform thorough and accurate non-discrimination testing, provide meaningful contribution options to fit your needs and goals, and identify changes that might impact the plan in future years.  I use the most powerful software on the market along with my proven experience to ensure the greatest efficiency on your behalf.

 

  • Administration, recordkeeping, and government reporting – attention to detail is critical.  Timeliness is essential.  Proven experience is a must.  I will provide you with a final product that is more than just facts and figures; it’s a tool you can use to proactively manage an important part of your benefit strategy.

 

  • Plan Takeovers – I understand that not all service providers are created equal.  You may be struggling with your current TPA in many areas, such as excessive fees, the accuracy of their work, the absence of qualifications and hands-on experience by the individual(s) administering your plan, turnaround and response times, accessibility, offshore outsourcing, etc.  I am here to help you through these administrative challenges.  My process goes above and beyond industry standards to make things easier on you.

 

  • Consulting – things happen: business transactions, IRS audits, DOL investigations, unintentional administrative plan errors and oversights, you name it.  I’ll be right here to help navigate through these complexities should they arise and provide you with solutions.
